Important Information (check back for updates)

Dear Camper and Staff,

The work to equip our teens in the pursuit of their passion and to be leaders in their field has been well received by campers, parents and staff.  It is our pleasure to continue the mission to be a positive influence on the next generation.

Each year applications are accepted for the HRTWAM Camp after the Feast of Tabernacles. Campers need to be between the ages of 15 and 19, and striving to walk in agreement with Torah.

It is the responsibility of each camper to pay all travel expenses to and from Costa Rica, which includes a current passport, airplane tickets as well as any treats, snacks, beverages, or gifts they may wish to purchase. Any Staff that are accepted to camp are responsible for their own travel expenses to and from camp as well as the cost of camp, which includes lodging, meals, and activities. The cost is $670.00 for these expenses and is to be paid up-front.  (A current passport will have an expiration date after August 1st, six months after camp is over.)

Note: The cost of the camp lodging, meals, and activities for each teen camper is $670.  Sponsorship is available to those who aren’t able to raise the full amount, but we do ask that each camper contribute to the camp cost because it adds value to your experience.  Your contribution will be applied as a scholarship toward the balance of your camp fee. (Please refer to the Camper Application.)  If your family is able and willing, you can donate towards the cost of the camp.

We would recommend that the prospective campers and staff make an effort to learn some basic Spanish. Additionally, we recommend that the campers and staff be physically fit as some of our activities are rather strenuous and we want everyone to be adequately prepared to participate fully.

Thank you again for your interest and for contacting us. We look forward to hearing from you again in the future.
